Rena and her good friend Ella have played together several times in the past couple weeks and they always have a great time! Ella came over for a playdate one afternoon when both girls were off from school. Ella's sister Addie was napping so it was a good chance for her mommy to get stuff done while Ella played here. And it's great for me too since Rena was entertained for a couple hours and I got to get stuff done around the house. They did get into a little mischief though- they started cutting each other's hair with Rena's safety scissors! They thought it was like the pretend Barbie scissors and didn't think it would actually cut hair. We had to have a little talk with them about not cutting their hair or their friends' hair. :) And they love playing dress up at our house. I thought they were just playing dress up as usual but I went upstairs to check on them and they were in the tub with the water on and had soaped themselves up with the costumes on! Their hair was covered in shampoo and the dresses were covered in soap! So they got an early bath that afternoon! :) And a couple days later we met Ella for lunch and her friend Lanie was also there. The girls got along great and had so much fun and the mommies got to relax and chat for a couple of hours!
