Summer fun- week 2

We were busy with princess camp this past week. It was a fun camp put on by Rena's dance teacher for two hours a day for a week. There were different themes each day and Rena had a great time! We carpooled with Ella so it was nice for the mommies to get a couple hour break each day. We ended up playing with Ella or going out to eat with them most of the days so this kept us pretty busy. Rena was sad on the last day of princess camp and wanted to go back. The dance teacher mentioned she had a few spots open in her summer class (offered through the rec center) so I jumped on that! Rena is now enrolled in dance for 2 months once a week so she's happy about that! We also went to the pool with daddy, baked cupcakes, played in our little pool, hung out with MayMay during her week off, and did several craft projects. We're keeping pretty busy so far which is good for mommy and Rena!

Another trip to the pool...another swimsuit! ;)

Ready for her first day at princess camp!

The princesses enjoyed some ice cream after camp

We visited the bookstore with MayMay and Rena had a great time! The camp theme of the day was ballet so she was in her leotard and tights

Playing in her favorite slide pool

Playing with bubbles...I thought this was the funniest expression!

Mommy used to make these coasters and potholders from the loop and loom kit when I was a kid and I found them the other day at Hobby Lobby! It was a fun project for Rena and I to do together and we made some as presents for a few special people! ;) Rena loved picking out all the colors and helping Mommy

She picked out a paint your own wand kit and that kept her busy for awhile! She was a big fan of the glittter glue :)

They had crazy hair day at camp! It's hard to see in this pic but her hair was sprayed orange!

Dress-up day at camp! This was on the last day and they had a fun tea party and ball complete with dancing, cupcakes, and pink lemonade :)

And mommy and Rena made cupcakes at home that day! Rena is getting good at icing them and her favorite part is adding the sprinkles! ;)
