Last Saturday we went to the Downtown Aquarium for the first time and we all had so much fun! The weather was gorgeous and apparently everyone was taking advantage since it was really crowded. Rena always loves the aquarium at the zoo so I knew she would love the Aquarium. MayMay was very excited to go too since she loves fish and has a weird obsession with sharks. :) Rena loved looking at all the fish and her favorite was the display of neon pink fish! She kept asking to go back and see the pink fishies! We also went on the Shark Voyage train ride, the ferris wheel, and the carousel. Rena loved all the rides- she was fascinated by the sharks, loved being up high in the ferris wheel, and went on the carousel three times! Mommy is very scared of heights and was pretty nervous on the ferris wheel...but apparently Rena doesn't have that fear! She kept leaning over to look down and loved being up high. Daddy held on to her since Mommy was too nervous. :)
Rena was so happy to run around with Maymay and she didn't care where her parents were! She didn't want Mommy to sit on the train ride with her...only MayMay! Rena had a great time and didn't want to leave the Aquarium! We'll definitely be going back soon!
