July in pictures

This summer has just been flying by! We've had a busy July too so I thought I would post some pics so you can see what we've been up to. Today was the last day of summer MDO and Rena has another month at home before she starts kindergarten! Can't believe it's almost time! We hope to have a fun last month of summer filled with fun activities!

This summer has been all about the crafts! Rena LOVES any type of crafts and her new favorite thing is making these perler beads that you iron. Mommy used to make those when she was younger and loves doing them with Rena!

My poor baby was sick earlier in the month but luckily it was just a one day virus! She looked so pitiful and the nap was a rare sight!

Happy 4th of July! Nani got her the cute dress :)

We had a fun date night with friends to celebrate our dear friend Jen and Jose's wedding. It was such a beautiful wedding and we enjoyed spending time with friends!

Mimi came to visit us for a few days and we had a great time! We did a lot of shopping, eating out, and playing! The aunts were all busy with work and school and couldn't make it...we missed them!

We spent FIVE hours at the Nordstrom pre-anniversary sale! Rena did great and is quite the shopper! Wonder where she gets that from...Mimi, Nani, Mommy??! ;)

More craft fun- making bead necklaces

Rena helped mommy make homemade pizzas but kept asking why we weren't just picking up from the "pizza store" as usual! ha!

 

We had such a fun playdate with Rena's friend Justine! We met up for lunch at BJ's and then went to get pedicures. This place had two kid chairs and was perfect for the girls! We splurged and let them get rainbow mani pedis complete with polka dots! They loved it of course!

Daddy met us for lunch at CFA. We love his new work at home schedule!

MayMay's fiancé Anuj was in town last weekend and we went out to dinner with them. We all had a great time!

We got a new $2 pool noodle and she loves that thing! She dragged it around everywhere!

We went to Studio Movie Grill with Annie and David to see Despicable Me 2. Rena saw the first movie at MDO recently and loved it and kept begging to see the sequel. They all loved it and Rena loved the "fancy" theater with food!
