Summer week 8- El Paso trip

Rena and I went to El Paso last week to visit Nani and Nana. We stayed for a week and had a great time! It was such a fun and relaxing visit. We've gone every year in July for Nana's birthday and this year was no exception. Rena had a great time playing, eating Nani's yummy cooking, shopping, playing at the mall playgrounds, visiting her friends, and even attending a wedding shower! Mommy really got to relax this time since Rena was just fine playing with Nani and Nana. She didn't care where I was most of the time. :) Usually Rena is ready to go home after a few days of vacation but this time she was really sad to leave and kept asking Nana and Nani to come with us to Houston! Luckily they are stopping by in August for a couple days after their Cancun trip. I took a ton of pics in El Paso (mainly with my phone) so here are quite a few! I'll post Nana's birthday pics in a separate post.

Rena gave them a good workout every evening :) The weather in El Paso is so beautiful in the evenings...even during July!

We met my friend Vanessa and her kids Sofia and Miguel at Peter Piper and we all had a great time! They took such good care of Rena and the mommies got to relax, eat, and chat :)
