After our Disney trip, we went to visit my cousin Punam and her family. They live about an hour outside of Orlando, so we drove down and spent the weekend with them and had a fun time! Punam has 4 kids- Maya, Kavi, and twins Lyla and India. Rena had a great time playing with all of her cousins and they were so excited to meet her. And my cousin Rahul (Punam's brother) flew in from San Francisco to spend the weekend with all of us, and my aunt and uncle from Georgia were there too! It was so nice catching up with our family. The twins are 12 years old and were so good with Rena. She basically didn't leave their side the entire weekend! Usually she doesn't play with boys, but she really bonded with India and played with him all weekend. We just hung around the house and relaxed for the most part. Saturday was Kavi's 15th birthday so we had a fun BBQ and family celebration. We ventured out to Target and Chickfil-A one day and Rena was a happy camper since those are her two favorite places! She also loved swimming in their pool. Rena was pretty exhausted from the Disney trip by the this point so she was kind of cranky at times. But I made her take a nap each day and that helped. I knew I might be pushing it by taking a 9 day trip with her, but overall she was a trooper and we had a great time in Florida!
