All about Rena: Rena's birthday

Rena's birthday was the day after her party and we enjoyed a relaxing day. Rena woke up and opened her gifts from Mommy and Daddy. She liked all of her gifts, especially the big pink dollhouse and Princess scooter. And she loved the Princess roller skates and pink basketball set from Nani and Nana. Rena was so excited about all her new toys so we just let her spend most of the day at home playing with everything. Then we headed to Lupe Tortilla's for Rena's birthday dinner. Rena loves Mexican restaurants and Lupe's is her favorite! She ate chips queso, taco meat, rice, pink lemonade, and she got to pick out her favorite vanilla/chocolate ice cream bar.

When we got home, we all enjoyed strawberry ice cream cake from Cold Stone. We got Dada that cake for his birthday last year and Rena loved it, so we thought it would be fun to get her an ice cream cake too. It was a Strawberry Shortcake cake...she loved that!! So after eating a full ice cream bar at the restaurant, she had a large piece of ice cream cake too! We thought it was ok since it was her birthday after all! :) Rena had a fun birthday weekend and we all enjoyed it too. I still can't believe my "baby" girl is three years old!!
