We took Rena to the zoo since she's been begging us to go for a long time now! She was only interested in seeing her favorite animals- the giraffes and elephants. She loved watching the baby giraffe with her mommy. The ostriches are now in the new area with the giraffes but Rena is not a fan of those! It's not surprising since she hates all birds...she said the ostrich was a big, ugly bird! Haha. And we spent most of our time watching the elephants. Hopefully someday she will like some of the other animals so we can explore other areas of the zoo! Afterwards we went out to dinner at Chuy's, which is one of mommy's favorite restaurants! Rena had fun and even got a pink heart balloon and a pink ice cream pop! So it was definitely a successful meal. ;)
And now Rena carries around her little giraffe and elephant figurines that we got at the circus. She puts them in her little princess purse and they go everywhere with us! She lost the giraffe figure at the grocery store and freaked out! So mommy went to Hobby Lobby and got a new giraffe the next day. :)
She loves it when Dada holds her up high so she can get a better view!
