Sorry I haven't updated the blog in awhile...July was a busy month for us! Rena and mommy went to visit her Nani and Nana in El Paso for a week. She had a great time playing with everyone. Aunt Seema was there for a few days too. Nani taught Rena how to dance and play the keyboard! And Nana read to Rena everyday and even taught her how to help with the chores! :) Rena was also there to celebrate Nana's birthday. We all had a nice day relaxing at home and then we went out to dinner at an Indian restaurant and had ice cream afterwards. Mommy had a nice, relaxing week. She even got to see a movie one night! That was a special treat.
Rena is now 15 months old and she's a very active child! She is always on the go. She loves to talk and says several new words now. Her favorite word right now is "no". She says it all the time, even when she means yes. :) She also says thank you, book, and shoe. It's amazing how quickly she picks up on things. It seems like she learns something new almost everyday.
